Paul Scriven completes Sport Relief Mile [A.J. Hill]
Paul Scriven, parliamentary candidate for Sheffield Central and City Council leader, today joined hundreds of Sheffielders in running the Sport Relief mile.
Over a thousand people gathered at Hillsborough Park to run the mile, in aid of Sport Relief charities.
Paul said, "It great to see so many Sheffielders uniting behind a great cause and doing something energetic in the process."
"Sport Relief is a great event, raising money for disadvantaged people, both here in the UK and abroad in some of the world's poorest countries."
"However, after that run I'll need a sit down!"
